A portable, touchscreen-driven toolkit for wireless research, security education, and hardware exploration.

Explore nearby wireless environments through touchscreen-driven discovery workflows.
GPS wardriving connects wireless observations with location context for authorized research.
Inspect BLE services, characteristics, and descriptors on authorized devices, with structured JSON logs on SD.
Selected hardware expansions extend the platform into hands-on RF exploration. Support varies by build and hardware.
Cheap Yellow Monster (CYM) brings wireless discovery, BLE exploration, and GPS-aware field workflows together in a compact touchscreen platform. It is built around hands-on learning: seeing the wireless environment, inspecting authorized devices, and taking observations back to the bench.
The public project describes an ESP32-based toolkit for education, defensive testing, and hardware research. It is actively evolving; capabilities depend on the selected hardware and firmware build. The public repository is the place to check current compatibility, installation guidance, and project updates.
WiFi and BLE discovery provide an entry point into wireless environments. GPS wardriving adds location context to field observations. BLE GATT discovery looks beyond a device name to its services, characteristics, and descriptors, with structured SD-card JSON logs for later review.
Selected hardware expansions support additional RF experimentation. This overview is not a compatibility matrix or a promise that every workflow is available on every device.
Use CYM only on networks, systems, and devices you own or have explicit authorization to assess. Respect privacy, local regulations, and the limits of your test environment. This page introduces the project; it does not provide attack instructions.
The repository and web flasher are maintained outside this website. Read the project’s current documentation before connecting or flashing hardware. PinZero Labs does not embed a flasher, request device access, or load third-party scripts.
Public visibility is not a reuse license. No recognized project license was established for this review; check the repository’s terms before copying or redistributing source.
